On Tuesday, December 3, 2019, the Agile Experience Event will take place at Capgemini. Free registration
for anyone interested in transforming into new organizational forms. The theme of our event this year is THE FUTURE OF WORK.
It’s all about the imagination of THE FUTURE OF WORK! You participate in a Bijutsu Obeya 美術 where you and other participants make the exhibition about THE FUTURE OF WORK and reflect and learn about the developments that are about to emerge.
You probably have heard about Obeya? Obeya is Japanese for "big room". It’s an Agile-Lean instrument to create a central information hub to visually support planning and decision-making and to improve processes.
Imagine what’s next
A Bijutsu Obeya 美術 is a “big art room”. A shared sensemaking hub is created in a large space where we use our imagination and intuition to find a compass for “What’s next?” when it comes to our THE FUTURE OF WORK. You will create-reflect-learn about actual themes concerning THE FUTURE OF WORK.
The themes we like to explore about THE FUTUR OF WORK in our Bijutsu Obeya 美術:
• the impact of technology on our work
• the influence of resilience and agility on leadership and cooperation
• diversity and inclusiveness at the workplace
• the purpose of work in our relationship to our ecosystem.
Program
17:00 – Walk-in dinner
18:00 – Plenary opening
18:15 – Reflect: Sensing the future of work
You reflect on the possibilities for our themes while observing the sculptures, drawings and a movie. The creations ArtOfAgile has made during the Atelier Sessions about THE FUTURE OF WORK last year are exposed in the Bijutsu Obeya 美術.
19:00 – Break with coffee, tea, and cookies
19:15 – Create: Deep Dive into the future
You use your reflections before the break to visualize the future possibilities in the Bijutsu Obeya 美術 . You join a group that creates a piece of art that exposes these possibilities for one of the themes..
20.00 – Learn: Exhibition Review for what’s next for you
After you have added your creations to the exposition, you walk around the Bijutsu Obeya 美術. What new insights and inspiration? What makes sense? what new insights do you gain? You make an Exhibition Review for what’s next for you,
20:45 – Plenary closure
21:00 – Meet and greet with drinks and snacks
