ART of AGILE

The start-up of the course is taking place during the first quarter of 2019. If you are considering to participate or jou are ust curious, please contact us (see contact page). On March 20 (18.00 - 21.00) we are organizing a gathering in Utrecht to create a Core Team of people who are willing to organize workshops and activities. On May 14 we really like to start with our art work. During a Inroduction ceremony we will get into more detail about the activities we will explore on our way to the exhibition and event in December. Signing in for tthe start-up as a possible Core Team member or the Introduction to the course means that you have no obligation what so ever, until you decide after the Introduction ceremony to continue the course.

A Core Team is the active group of participants who give guidance to the activities during the course (our meetings throughout the year) resulting in the Art of Agile Experience in December. A Core Team member is motivated to explore the relation between Art and Agile and loves to share activities with other Core Team members and participants. Core Team Menber can be seen as workshopleaders with a drive to organize a workshop during The Art of Agile experience and to organize a course meeting (try-out perhaps) of the workshop) in the period between May 14 and December.

On May 14 we organize the introduction to the four course modules. During this introduction the Core Team members wil introduce the way they want to explore their choosen theme. The theme is choosen during co-creation activity (start-up) on March 20. During the introduction the participants will have a kick-start overview into the things we want to explore throughout the course until the Art of Agile Experience. We expect the attendees to join every module during this course. The attendees have no further obligation, until they decide to fulfill the course moudles 1-4. People can registrate for every course module when they have no other ob;igations.

Together with Advantage YOU (a community for knowledge sharing at Capgemini) we organize The Art of Agile Experience. Recent years Advantage YOU organized an Agile Experience Event ( Agile Leadrehip (2016), Mind the Gap (2017), Being Human in Times of Agile (2018) ) during one evening in December. How we will organize this Art of Agile Experience in December 2019 is something we will create during the start-up togehther with the Core Team members. An Exhibition? A Performance? Workshop activities? Lectures? We will co-create this Art of Agile Experience togehther!
